We stayed 5 nights in a Studio Apartment. Room was spacious, clean and serviced daily. The bathroom had heat lamps which was a nice feature. Disappointed there was no in-room safe. Pro - The hotel location is a block from the waterfront. Con - the hotel is on a busy street and is really close to the hospital with a helicopter landing pad. 3 of the 5 nights I was woken up by a helicopter. The room window did not dampen the sound. We stayed 3 nights with our friends. We had the best experience here. Service was 5 star, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The one bedroom apartments were very roomy and including washing machine and dryer. So handy for travellers. The restaurant with Rob the chef produced absolutely first class food. So much so that we ate there every night! The food was delicious and we highly recommend eating there. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we highly recommend staying and eating here.

I recently stayed three nights at the Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel in Hobart. I had a twin room, that had two king size beds! I wasn't expecting this. Very comfortable beds, with plenty of room for storing of clothes. Large bathroom, and the shower was huge, with a rain shower head. Lovely bathroom accessories, with a bonus hair dryer.
