The food was amazing the night we went in.Our server was very pleasant The only complaint we had is we did feel a little rushed to order eat & get out .
They best OSF in the Lower Mainland. Parking was a nightmare. Restaurant was very busy & we had to wait about 30 minutes for our table despite having a reservation. The staff tried hard to accommodate but the previous party were reluctant to leave. A member of our party is special needs so waiting and large crowds are overwhelming for her. I must point out that the staff were very good about it. My chicken parmesan was rather overcooked.
Always a great experience at The Spaghetti Factory. The food is good, consistent from visit to visit and I've been going to Spaghetti Factory for more years than I care to admit....first visit was 55 years ago. Today Olivia ( our dynamic server) and her manager Jasmine truly went above and beyond to accommodate my 2 elderly clients.
Was told it was going to be a 5 to 15mins wait. We left after 40 mins of waiting and still didn't get a message saying are table was ready
