I wanted to take my grandchildren to experience the atmosphere since the love spaghetti. Unfortunately we never had the opportunity. We waited for more than 10 minutes. No one came to our table. People were seated after us and were helped. There was very little customers there. VERY Disappointed!!! We decided to go to Texas Roadhouse down the street had to wait 10 minutes to be seated because they were busy. As soon as we set our table, we were addressed. We had such a wonderful experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory tonight! Our waiter, Reuben, was an absolute delight! so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire meal. He really made the evening special and added such a positive touch to our dining experience. The food was delicious, and the vanilla ice cream at the end was the perfect finish! We can’t wait to come back again.
This is the best restaurant! We held my daughter’s Rehearsal Dinner at Old Spaghetti Factory and everything was perfect! The food was amazing, the service superb, and Gina, the Sales Manager, handled everything for us. This was the most stress free part of the whole wedding, thanks to the team at Old Spaghetti Factory!
Update: Gina, the manager, called me in response to my message to the corporate office via the link they sent below. She was extremely apologetic and had me recap everything in gross detail so she could address it with her team. She offered to mail me coupons for 5 meals so we could give OSF a 3rd chance, but I declined. She then generously refunded our bill from 19 October 25.
