Group of 17 on New Years Day. Staff was attentive and polite. Took longer than usual to be served our meals.
The management here is deplorable. We took 30 people to this restaurant tonight for a Christmas gathering and they were less than accommodating. They had huge empty rooms and acted as though they couldn't seat us together in spite of our reservation which was made weeks prior. They ultimately assigned 1 server to our large party, in which case it took over an hour to get our drinks and an hour and a half to get bread and salads. This is my sons favorite restaurant. We went here for his birthday and took some of his friends that had never been. They all loved it!
This is my kids favorite place to eat. They are reasonably priced, give great service, and the food is fantastic.
My kids have always loved eating at the Old Spaghetti Factory. They feature gluten free pasta for the kids and the meat sauce is also gluten and dairy free.
Family ate here this summer while staying in Folsom. This was a rather large OSF. Food and service was great as usual.
One of my families favorite! Managers special is the way to go! ( go hearty ) great for lunch the next day!
We always have a great time there. We have a large family and we can always get a table for all of us.
Love this restaurant and this specific one because my girls love sitting in the trolley. The food is always perfect and the staff is always attentive. My daughters favorite restaurant.
