I ordered the "lightly breaded" butterfly shrimp. I wrongly assumed it would be more of a fresh version but was sadly disappointed. I was just like any breaded shrimp you buy in the grocery store with a ton of breading. The shrimp was smaller than my pinky !! Also my boyfriend ordered Phils cheesesteak. He added fried mushrooms. The portion was fine but the meat was very dry and tasteless. To top it off by the time we got home (45 mins) he was sick and had terrible pains in his stomach !! RecommendedAdmittedly, we have not been to the Dog in about 5 years. Last time there it seemed the place smd the menu was getting a bit tired. We were pleasantly surprised by the look of the place, the menu, and the quality of the food. The service was great as well.
