Needed more communication throughout the project. Didn't follow through on what was promised. When dealing with 2 parties both needed to be billed like agreed upon. Refused to do additional trimming requested if paid extra.
Basically being run by imposters, must be intervened by Law enforcement against their decade long financial thievery of funds from naive clients that inadvertently approach them for repairs with good faith. I visited their shop in August 2025, had a contract with one of 3 virtual thieves (contract was with the younger of 3 brothers named Faridoon for some repairs to be done for $400 cost, tax etc. all inclusive). I love coming here, the staff is always so nice and they always do an amazing job. I always get my nails done by Vivian she does an amazing job with nail art and I've loved every set she's done. On top of that her prices are easily the best in Raleigh for gel x and other services.
Philips Auto Repair is the best place in the whole DFW to have your car repaired. He is so patient and knowledgeable, and the price is so affordable that there is no comparison. They will take care of your car and work with you on the payment too. My family and I have been going Philips Auto Repair for all our car needs, and we have never regretted it. Poor customer service, waited on phone for 15 minutes, virtual assistant is a joke. Was ready to purchase, but had only one question. Was never answered. Time to.move on.
There is currently no effective system in place for managing parking spots. Some residents occupy space for 3–4 cars, while others are unable to find even a single spot for one vehicle. After 5 PM, it becomes nearly impossible to find any available parking. Additionally, it is very difficult to leave before 10 AM because other people park their cars behind yours, blocking you in and preventing any movement. Overall, the current parking arrangement is very poorly managed and creates significant inconvenience.
Please Do not move here, there is a lot of kids without any adult, they fight, they run, even they try to go inside of your home.
Living here has been frustrating due to a lack of proper management and supervision. Every day, unsupervised children from the complex are outside from as early as 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. They play in unsafe areas like the parking lot and near apartment entrances, and there are no parents in sight. It creates a lot of noise, safety concerns, and makes it hard to enjoy your own space. Attorney Julie Elliot -- one word: PHENOMENAL. She is so professional yet personable as well.
