Great dealing with staff. Fast friendly service never a disappointment.
Old Car Centre was the store that saved the day for me. I was told by many online that the part for my '64 Pontiac Parisienne was readily available, but the first five retailers and auto supply outlets just said no can't help you. D-Jay at Old Car Centre took the time to say "let me see what I can find". Five days later my part arrived from Langley BC (4,100 km). Problem solved. Thank You. We will be doing business again, and I will be spreading the word.
Gave them a poor review only to have the owner call me and take care of the issues I was having. The fact that he called and communicated says alot about this company. Will try them again in the future.
UPDATE: The owner Jan was good enough to contact me and offer to " make things right" I do appreciate the gesture and hope his employees will step up follow his example and communicate to a better degree.
