Okoboji Expedition Co. has great quality equipment and staff. They are experienced and knowledgeable as well as enjoyable to be around. Price is high and so is customer service. Best bike shop I've been in. 100% only bike shop I'll go to.
Taylor and the crew at Okoboji Expedition Company provide exemplary service. I am a novice triathlete and have learned so much from the guys about what kind of gear will help me perform my best. The fitting system they use helps dial in what bike and measurements will give you the most efficient and comfortable fit. I had a very positive experience buying a new bike at the shop. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'd also recommend a bike fitting if you have the time. It was about a 2 hour process, but it was amazing. The fitting system they have is very impressive, and I've noticed a big improvement in my riding comfort.

Seriously everyone if you are shopping around for a bike in the lakes area or even coming from Sioux Falls, shop nowhere else. Not only is the customer service above and beyond any shop within a 2 hour drive, they stand by their products and ensure you are taken care of. Taylor did not have to help me with my bike situation but he went out of his way to ensure my bike and frame situation was resolved in a timely manner when I had a horrible experience elsewhere.
