The bike shop that you want to do business with. The true test of expertise is being able to explain a concept in language a 5-year old can understand, and these people do that. Whether you need help with your current bike, are looking to get a bike for fun, or want to get into exercising, this is the place to go. They get you fitted with the right level of stuff you need; they do great work in the community; and they have fostered a passionate community of cyclists that help everyone enjoy biking.
This is a fantastic bike shop! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about everything bikes and the customer service is top-notch. I initially bought an entry-level road bike from them and have upgraded a few times since. I always know I will be taken care of and my experience at Okoboji Expedition Company has played a big role in developing my love for cycling.

Taylor and his entire crew at Okoboji Expedition Company went above and beyond my expectations! After meeting Taylor and his staff at a few local bike rides over the weekends, I knew I wanted to go through them to purchase my new road bike. Being out of state wasn't the simplest, but Taylor was determined to meet my demanding needs. With many texts and calls to get my measurements and specific requests, they made it happen! I stayed within my budget, had a fit test with Taylor and overall got the bike I always dreamed of!
The Okoboji Expedition has great customer service! I first went in for a hybrid bike, trying to get back into cycling. A year later, I bought a road bike from them. The staff was always really helpful, whether it was letting me test ride the 20th bike or trying new gear. I loved my bike so much I wanted to bring it to California with me when I moved. They even helped me ship it! I love going back to the store to see the new bikes and gear they have in stock when I come back to town.
