I delivered my 2nd baby at the OKC Birth Center. I had a good first birth, however, I had a GREAT second birth here with Midwives Taryn and Caitlin. I seriously still get teary thinking about the day and all of the care leading up to it. Birth is probably the most vulnerable point in a woman's life. 10/10, incredible atmosphere, amazing group of women who helped bring my baby earth side, they didn’t give up on me and push me for medical intervention even when I wasn’t progressing and they guided me through every step of the way, I couldn’t have asked for a more special way to meet my sweet girl, it was an incredible experience and I will hopefully be doing it again!
We used the OKC Birth Center during my daughter’s birth. It could not have been a more perfect, calm, and peaceful environment to bring her into the world. I also appreciated the peace of mind that OU Children’s is 3 minutes away just in case there’s an emergency. The Birth Center felt like home without actually being at our house. We loved the thoughtful amenities around the facility. Highly recommend.
I could not have dreamed up a better experience at the OKC birth center! From 8 weeks gestational until I gave birth, I felt comfortable and confident with my birthing team. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a peaceful, empowering labor and delivery experience! Cannot express enough words of how thankful I am for everyone at the north center!
The OKC Birth Center allowed us to have the birth experience we always dreamed of. Their facility provided us with the most beautiful and tranquil environment for our rainbow baby girl to be born into, and we are so grateful. It was also reassuring to know how closely they are located to the hospital in the event a transfer was needed. If you are looking for an alternative birthing space we can't recommend them highly enough.
