I’m so so grateful for this team! I had an amazing experience with Dr. Chandran. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. When I was waiting to see if my spot was cancerous or not, she ended up calling me before the clinic did to tell me it was benign. The office later called & told me she likes to call her patients right away and that she called when it was her day off. I loved the little card they signed and gave me after my surgery. The lady at the front desk loudly asked my DOB and last name. I didn't wish to state out loud so I handed over my ID and insurance card. She tossed them back at me even with my hand held out. You do realize stating pt info out loud for the lobby (that's 5-10 ft away) can hear is a HIPPA violation. Tossing ID at a pt is unprofessional. Seems you have several 1 reviews with a benign response from this facility and no improvement.
Im a nurse and have recommended Dr Rable for years, then came the time when I needed her for breast cancer. She is by far the most experienced surgical oncologist and had the best bed side manner. Im 2 years post op and the clinic and staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a follow-up appointment with a mammogram doctor today and it was one of the most uncomfortable and disheartening experiences I've ever had at a medical facility. The doctor, nurses, and entire staff created an atmosphere that felt incredibly prejudiced. Not one person would make eye contact with me, and it seemed as if they were hesitant to even touch my skin.
