Bad taste The first time we called, the man came right out. We were overjoyed since our heat didn't work and we had only been in the home a few months. We called because of the sticker on the furnace. That same week, it was still acting up. We called and the gentleman said he would be there around 6pm, on his way home. He never called & never showed.
