Lied to our faces, first was the brake pads, said they needed changed then this time said they were fine, said power steering was fine too. Then my cars power steering suddenly goes out litterally the next day after a simple oil change. My wife was driving alone and she almost went in the ditch trying to get somewhere safe. Turned out the hose was damaged and they put in stop leak in it in hopes we wouldn't notice. well we did. Now we have to pay a $200 repair bill on top of borrowing a car from a family memeber. We took our car in as normal for an oil change. Went home and parked it, the next day we drove it the power steering went out. After further investigation we discovered the cap wasn't screwed on, just sitting in there with obvious ps fluid all around it. After talking to Issac, who of course just told me my car was old and needed the pump replaced and more expensive work, we took it to our mechanic who informed us that someone had put stop leak in the power steering. My husband took my car in today to have oil changed. DO NOT leave any medications in your car when you take it here. They stole my medicine out of my car.. called them to ask about it and they said to call back in 20 minutes. Now they won't answer the phone. I am filing a police report now.
Staff was courteous and friendly, and I was in and out in 15 mins. They also offer military discounts. Great location to get oil changed if you are in a hurry and looking for a great deal from friendly staff!
They have always done a great service, very quick with good price! My husband and I really like the shop! They also take an extra look to make sure our car is doing well before we left.
