I’ve been visiting The Oil Bar since I was 16, back when it first opened at Eastland Mall in Columbus, Ohio, and the oils were 5 for $25. I was thrilled to discover a location here in Georgia, and I now frequent the Cobb location almost twice a month. I’ve even introduced my coworkers to it! Omg customer service was terrible! I just left there and the girl with the curly hair was so rude I'm talking about rolling eyes looking at the phone the whole time not greeted she never even looked up. I'm actually shocked. This was the worst customer service I ever received. It seemed like their jobs were to run customers off.
I love the selection of oils at this place! They’ll mix them for you too if you want a customized fragrance.
I visited the store once before and was hesitant on coming back because of the rude/dry customer service . Today I was in the area and decided to stop by I walked in & was instantly greeted & help by Kayla she answered all of my family questions and gave us suggestions on scents that paired well because of this young lady I will continue to patronize this location.
