Currently accepting new patients. We accept CareCredit payments.

We just want to express our gratitude for the kindness and compassion of the staff here. We brought my yorkie in on Christmas day after she woke up extremely ill. We were greeted so warmly and my dog was taken into their care immediately. Unfortunately my baby passed away, but the compassion shown to us was unbelievable. We arrived and we were taken to a private room where we could hold our sweet girl and say goodbye. As we were leaving, the vet gave us a hug and gave her condolences. My husband and I just wanted to pass along our gratitude to the kindness of the staff at your facility with the passing our beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Duke. Late Saturday night into Sunday on September 3rd our dog (who had already been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and was being treated by our vet) took a turn for the worst. Honestly a billion stars would not be enough to express the appreciation I have for all of the staff, and most importantly Dr. Patnode. We had to make the very tough decision today to put our very small kitten down after exhausting all options regarding diagnostics and treatment. Leia was my first kitten and I had to leave her overnight here, which was her first night without myself or my fiancé being by her side. Very pleased with the way they treated our pets and us through the emergency experiences we've had with them It's one of those places you don't to have to visit , but glad they are there in times of need . Thank you to all the staff for your treatment of Lester and then Lexi .
We had a horrible experience here. We called ahead to let them know the situation with our pup who had gotten a hold of some medicine. We were never informed of an upfront cost. When we got there, our pup was crying and they flat refused to even touch our pup without us paying upfront. We ended up taking him elsewhere. This was incredibly frustrating and horrible customer service, especially for someone that was experiencing a medical emergency with a beloved pet.
