My 2.5 yo pup Sophie had her first TPLO in January & her second in March. Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at OSU DUBLIN for the great care they provided for Sophie and the support they provided for ME! Thanks to the surgeons and staff, Sophie is back to normal and is enjoying her summer, running & swimming with her brother Mac...and just being a healthy dog again! I highly recommend OSU DUBLIN to anyone! ❤️

5/1/19 We Took our Chihuahua there , she was suffering from Preclampsia after giving birth. Showing up there around 11 PM, they took her straight back. They came back shortly and said they needed $400 to help her. At the moment we had $300 , they told us that until we had the other $100 , there was nothing they could do for her. Sugar , our pup , was shaking , barely breathing , and very disoriented. Over $100 I could not believe they were gonna ignore her life threatening circumstances, as they called it. After begging and ... read more

We recently had our cat unexpectedly pass away. It was late at night and our regular vet was closed. We took him to OSU and the staff their were incredibly kind. A few weeks later we got a card in the mail that the staff had signed and wrote little messages. They also included a front and back ink paw print and his nose print❤️ they also did a paw print out of clay.

My husband and I had to make the difficult decision of putting our sweet Wilson down. The entire staff was patient, caring and informative the through the whole process. Never once were we judged for the decision we had to make, in fact we were supported every step of the way as the experts of our dog's care. I would highly recommend this very professional staff and service to anyone faced with the same situation. Thank you to everyone who walked alongside us through that difficult morning last Sunday. You are appreciated! <... read more

Took our 6 month English Mastiff-Diesel. Quick service and thorough service for our fur baby. He spent two nights in their facility. He was well cared for and I could call and check on him as much as I liked. Highly recommend this place for any emergency care for your fur babies

Would not ever try to go back there. Very rude and unprofessional was looked at as if I couldn’t pay for my dogs care. When I buzzed she answered with a rude “is it a emergency”. When she got to the door she looked me up and down and said what’s wrong in a rude tone. As I was having to explain myself to her outside that my dog was vomiting blood she cut me off asking my dogs age when I told her she was 6 months old she told me to go to the side door. When she finally made her way to the side door slowly and opened the door I... read more

I've been trying to deal with my emotions since my visit there two days ago. First, I will say the staff was very thorough. After the initial consult, they could tell me everything about my dog. However, they didn't tell me anything that spending the last 11 years with Duncan, I didn't already know. Secondly, we did not receive the treatment that my vet referred us for which was for arthritis. Instead, we focused on an area of the bone (that I was aware of before our visit) and that the staff believed to be concern of cancer... read more
