Purchased a 5 year Multi Year Gauranteed Annuity that matured on 3/24/25. 1035 request was mailed days before the maturity date. Follow-up and they acknowledged it was received. They stated it would take 3-5 business days for their "quality review". It's now past that, I was then told it can take up to ***** days to process. The 1035 would have transfer my funds that earns 3.85% interest into one that earns 6%. Yes, a 50+% gain in interest.
