I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Linsey and Deb!! They helped me feel prepared and empowered before birth and Linsey was phenomenal at the birth of my son. I had traumatic births with my two older kids and Linsey helped me feel calm and in control. They were very supportive postpartum and I won’t hesitate to reach out if we decide to have a 4th!
I am so thankful I decided to work with The Ohio Doulas. I had the privilege of working with Chaundra and Melody. I love that they pair you with 2 Doulas! Both women were warm, friendly, knowledgable and experienced. They were so helpful in answering all my questions leading up to birth and helping me prepare my body and birth plan. Chaundra was there with me at the hospital and she was a VITAL part in making my labor and delivery smooth. I'm sure there are amazing people in this well experienced and well trained group of individuals although I was treated extremely rude and felt like a burden for just trying to book an appointment for my client who asked me to reach out to a midwife center and book her an appointment that she would like me to attend also. Misunderstandings happen although it wasn't handled the best. When I decided I wanted a placenta print at the last minute, The Ohio Doulas were able to help. They had great communication, picked up my placenta from my home, and dropped off the prints (which was very helpful with a new baby). The prints were just what I wanted. Five stars!
