Absolutely beautiful and well maintained condo, fantastic location!
The rude, old lady security guard is ridiculous and harasses tenants' guests. I have had multiple encounters with her over the last 2 years of my bf living here and every time she has been unpleasant. Make sure you get your own parking pass, or she will argue with you about it in the parking lot and accuse you of writing the slips out yourself. Ans tbh how would she protect anyone in the building, honestly? Get a real security guard. The other ones are great.
My husband and I have rented as an airbnb a condo on the 11th floor for 5 weeks We love the place. It’s noisy at night but get some earplugs and you’ll be fine. So many great bars and restaurants This is the Vegas we love. The rooftop pool is heated and I was the only one using it most days. They have a great gym and community room You can walk everywhere or just relax and cook in your condo with drinks and snacks. We will hopefully stay again in the future
