Tori was friendly, very helpful with information for the application, and treated us like a good neighbor. Melissa is friendly and a great contact person in the Mayberry Village office.Jason in maintenance took care of an issue with our refrigerator and was friendly and professional. They handle everything from rent payments to maintenance, which makes apartment living so much easier. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, the maintenance has been quick to respond. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. It’s nice having a rental company that’s organized and truly takes care of their tenants."
I have had contact with the office on two different occasions. We moved in and then out of Mayberry Village a year later due to health concerns. After living in assisted living for 6 months we came back to Mayberry Village. Tori was so pleasant and helpful. We were on waitlist and she kept us informed
My first contact with The Office419 was 5 years ago after the sale of our home. The staff was friendly and courteous. I have been here now for almost 5 years. Anytime I contact the office with a question or maintenance issue, they are quick to respond and attend to the problem. Highly recommend Mayberry Village.
My first contact with The Office was when I started apartment hunting. Even now, they are still always very polite and helpful no matter what the situation is. They are quick to do repairs or even put something up for you (like an extra grab bar in the bathroom). I had the pleasure of working with Claire on the newsletter on several occasions and also to even have a combination washer/dryer installed, and now we have Melissa here, who's absolutely a wonderful addition to the staff.
