proffessional and attention to detail..responsive to questions and concerns
Unfortunately, my experience has not been welcoming with The Office419. I have wanted to move into the Middlesbrough complex for a while. Very nice area, so I assume that's why there are rarely vacancies. A few months back I got lucky and had a tour of an opening with Tori. Unfortunately for me my lease doesn't expire until October. The people of the office are nice. They are professional and act in good faith. Helpful and kind people and provide a good service .
Tori was friendly, very helpful with information for the application, and treated us like a good neighbor. Melissa is friendly and a great contact person in the Mayberry Village office.Jason in maintenance took care of an issue with our refrigerator and was friendly and professional. We appreciate the Office419 team and all they do. Friendly, helpful people.

They handle everything from rent payments to maintenance, which makes apartment living so much easier. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, the maintenance has been quick to respond. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. It’s nice having a rental company that’s organized and truly takes care of their tenants."
