I just called this firm about a minute ago and the woman who answered was unbelievably rude. I called to see if the firm was accepting new clients or offering consultations and with a disgusted tone the woman proceeded to say “no ma’am please don’t call” and hung up before I could even say anything else. People who call are looking for help and are in distressed times, to be confronted with this attitude is unacceptable. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
