I had a wonderful experience working with Jane. She was always kind and understanding as we navigated my home buying process. She shared so much knowledge, and laughs, along the way. I would highly recommend her experience, patience, and knowledge to anyone I may know. She made this process a breeze and as low stress as possible for me.
I won't use The Odd Couple again. If you're looking for a killer agent who will hustle to make a great deal for you, this isn't the team. They're nice, just so, so nice! Jane at odd couple was amazing to work with. I was a buyer - which took a great amount of patience over several years or searching! Jane’s expertise in the market won me not 1, but 2 bids! (I ended up backing out on the first one). And her advice on the second one - as far as how much to offer and what to include in my offer - won me my perfect St Paul home! I would recommend Jane every time.
We had a great working relationship with Ryan. The sale of our home was part of our downsizing plans, and it was somewhat emotional after 33 years. Ryan provided valuable market data to help us set the price, guided us through the process, and worked within our desired timelines for getting our house ready. We enjoyed his "no-pressure" yet very professional approach during a difficult time in our lives. Ryan sold our home within our expected time in the market and the price.
Highly recommend! Jason and his team handled the sale of my mother's house with so much understanding and compassion. What could have been a really stressful and lengthy process, was made so easy and seamless. I couldn't have done it without Jason by my side the entire time.
