Great place! Friendly and professional staff, beautiful and clean office with plenty of parking. An easy walk thru the tunnels from the center of downtown. I had a great visit and can’t wait to pick up my new glasses.
The staff, The Service, McCrackin all were absolutely amazing. We had a hard time locating parking and the actual office itself but once we did myself and my sons had an amazing experience. Dr. McCrackin was very helpful and thorough in guiding me through expectations and next steps for my son’s diagnosis she was reassuring, comforting and proactive in ensuring he receives the best care moving forward. Everyone is so friendly and professional!
The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explained every step in detail and answered all of my questions. Nothing was rushed and I felt very comfortable during the exam. Would highly recommend!
