Nice Apartments with Terrible Managemnt – Apartments are nice, but sometimes water turns yellow and apartments often smell of garbage. Leasing and Management offices are terrible. They don't know what they are doing, they harass you about signing a lease and then when you do they don't care to get you into your apartment quickly and don't care whether you stay and re-sign. There are a lot of rules here, to the point that you don't feel like you are a regular adult. A lot of bells and whistles but nothing to back it up.
