Horrible experience. Waited over a half hour for the server to take a drink order 45 minutes to take a food order. Our fillet came out rare when we ordered it medium. The mixed shellfish platter terrible; tiny shrimp and a burnt lobster tail. Had to ask three times to have my water glass filled. the coffee was burnt . The sautéed vegetables we paid extra for for ice cold. Clearly no one is paying attention to things that need attention too. Easily the best meal I've had in FL. The fish and oysters were great, but the service dramatically exceeded my expectations. Christine was not only friendly and professional, but her knowledge of and enthusiasm for the food was contagious. Even the busboys and support staff were friendly and professional. I'll be back!
Service was A1!!! We really enjoyed our dinner, everyone was nice and pleasant....even the guest;)
I hate this place. First the filet mignon was burn, completely dry. And I ordered medium well. My girlfriend has the same experience. The sea food was good, but they don't put the price in the menu, and I read that happened to many people. I though the check comes around $180 and when they comes with the surprise, the check was around $300. Almost the double I expected. Just for me and my girlfriend and we no drink last night. The food, service was awful. I thought about it I called the manager when I got home he took my name, email address, phone have heard nothing from him. First and last time there.
