So far, we are big on ChartHouse and wanted to try OCEANAIREs because it so much closer.......LOVED IT!! We will be going back. I had filet mignon/lobster tail, my husband had filet mignon/shrimp and we shared the truffle potatoes - Delicious!! When we go back, we will try something different. Oceanaire is romantic yet it's suitable for families and for groups!! The staff are excellent!!
Our food was outstanding, but what made the meal so incredibly enjoyable was our knowledgeable, gracious, attentive waiter, Michael Yanick!!!
The service was fantastic! The convenience to where I was staying was good. I have to say, the food was average. I'm not trying to be too hard on you, but it just wasn't what I am used to at an Oceanaire Seafood Room. I'm sure it was an off night. I wish you well.
Our first time dining here and we truly were impressed. Our server Scott Miller was very helpful in choosing our selections. My wife had the scallops and they were the best she has ever eaten. I had the Halibut which was cooked to perfection. Made reservations for a return visit.
What was supposed to be an evening of great food and service quickly turned into a complete disaster! 4 out of 6 meals came out uncooked or not cooked to preference. Sent our steaks and lobsters back twice and still didn't come back corrected. Manager was very rude to my girlfriend and kept repeating that obviously the food isn't up to standard and asked what he should do about it. Poor excuse of a manager. We all showed up hungry and ready to eat and left angry hungry and never wanting to go back.
Table of 6, three meals went back, one was Cod and it came out raw, two steaks and a lobster went back as the steaks were wrong and the lobster was cold. Both steaks came back wrong again. I then asked for a manager and the assistant manager came over and after telling him everything his response was "obviously it's not up to standard, what would you like me to do about it" well first I would like your restaurant to hire a manager who cares that a guests food is wrong, and I would also like for you not to give me attitude be... read more
