I had the pleasure of working with Janene and found her to be a rare breed among realtors. Her understanding of regulation was amazing to witness, her genuine love for the work was infectious and overall she made the process safe and fun. I would absolutely work with her again.

Doug was extremely responsive, very easy going, no pressure approach. We had no issues and felt totally confident in trusting him to guide us through the process and taking his lead on everything. Smooth working relationship from start to finish. I have never felt more at ease when buying a house.

We used Oceanaire (April Comstock) to list and sell our home. She was professional, came with a great listing plan, helped us show it and conducted 2 Open Houses, helped with staging suggestions for interior and exterior. She did so with patience and a great sense of humor. Our house sold in just a couple weeks very close to asking price. Great experience and highly recommend!

Our realtor Janene was amazing every step of the process. She was super flexible through several days of showings trying to find the right home. She was super responsive, always getting back within just a few minutes of a call or text. Even after we had a contract in place she stayed in top of the list of thing to do and got is to close a week ahead of schedule.
