I recently moved into my new apartment at The Oceanaire and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Leasing agent Reggie was fantastic he made the whole process smooth, answered all my questions patiently, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He was professional, friendly, and truly made me feel welcomed from day one. Property manager Ramana has also been excellent since I moved in. 6/2026 UPDATE DO NOT RENT HERE Safety and health issues and they take forever to address..they have rats and the take their time trying to make these apartments safe only about money..what can a leasing agent do about exteriminating rodents ..no pest control called or nothing but I will be exercising my Florida tenant laws and move!! Worst place I have ever lived..paying over $1700 for these slump apts. As soon as I can move I am out of there!!!!!! Do not apply!!! I wish i would havr read the reviews b4 i did but unfortunately my co-applicant had already competed better $75 app fee + $250 admin fee (which was too be refunded) when i read the reviews i did not log in and pay my fee or submit my co application. I received a call from reggie saying i had a block on my credit so it couldn't be viewed ( i didn't, i just did not apply) do apparently we were denied.. the 250 was to be refunded 24 his back into the account but Surprise... it wasn't!
