As a guest at this place I warn new people stay far away from this place . This place is absolutely disgusting . Major major major rat infestation. Dear friend had to hire a private home inspector as well who reported back unlivable conditions. The property itself from the outside is very old , very run down and not maintained at all. Tenant from 2023-2026 The Good: A beautiful neighborhood. Very friendly Leasing Office and Maintenance team. Maintenance has always been quick to attend to my requests. Noise level isn’t bad. Convenient amenities like the gym and washer and dryer unit in the renovated floor plan. Speaking of the floor plans, this complex has the largest floor plans in the area.
