From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly at ease. I was so relieved to see that the rain shower was in the same room as the float tank; it made everything feel seamless and private, which helped me relax right away. Just did the Float and Contrast therapy 10/10 experience. Staff were friendly and informative. The vibes felt like a nurturing community. I have been suffering with chronic back pain from injuries in the military. And the float tank really put my pain at ease. Definitely will tell my friends about it.
I’m a pro athlete and was dealing with some injuries, so I went and used the PEMF mat to try and recover quicker to make it back in time for a competition. It worked! I also just felt more energy throughout the day after using it, as well as better recovery. Highly recommend!

Been a member at The Ocean Lab for over two years now, and it’s honestly the best. The staff are legit amazing—always chill and making you feel welcome. The community is amazing too. Doesn’t matter if I’m doing contrast or just coming to hang out, I’m leaving in a great mood every time. Plus, that one girl who works there is gorgeous :)
