Been a member at The Ocean Lab for over two years now, and it’s honestly the best. The staff are legit amazing—always chill and making you feel welcome. The community is amazing too. Doesn’t matter if I’m doing contrast or just coming to hang out, I’m leaving in a great mood every time. Plus, that one girl who works there is gorgeous :)
Ocean Lab has become my morning home! I come and sauna multiple times a week, and always feel so nourished by this healing space. Everything is so clean and organized, and calm. It’s such a joy seeing Jerika working there each morning, too!!
The staff at Ocean Lab is very nice and the facility is very clean. That said, as a person looking for a very hot sauna experience, I have been disappointed in my two visits. The first time the sauna was not even turned on, and was ambient temperature when we walked in, taking over 35 minutes to reach the point where we broke a sweat. The second time, it was warmed up but for whatever reason it again took over 35 minutes to break a sweat despite the sauna showing a high temperature. This experience at The Ocean Lab | Float Therapy was a birthday gift for my partner. I booked the **60-minute couples experience**, and while he enjoyed floating, the overall service left much to be desired. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to welcome us. A cold plunge user told us that someone would be with us shortly.
