This office is atrocious. They have no respect for patients. Waiting over an hour and not answering phone calls during normal business hours is the regular business in this office. I’ve been taking the same medication for over an year and it’s taking me over 6 calls (1 hour each) to get a simple refill. Receptionists lied that the prescription was sent and I’ll be going in my second consecutive week without my medication because of how poor their service is.
