To the "gentleman" that was working this evening, that watched from the window while I was stuck in their parking lot. He yelled out from the window that their parking lot wasn't plowed because they were closed... Even though I had previously called ahead and had an appointment & told us to come on in (Made it in under 10 minutes)... I hope you made it home safe this evening. Thank you for your POOR service.
