Very concerning experience with management at Oasis at Wekiva. A large package of mine was delivered to an apartment I had just moved out of that is currently vacant. When I went to the office for help, I was told there were no packages and was walked to the unit to check inside. During that conversation, Ruthy stated there were no cameras, even though there is clearly a camera facing the mail room and my front entrance. I want to share my experience to help future residents. Several weeks in advance—well over a month before my move-out date—I contacted the front office to inform them of my plans to vacate. During that call, the staff member acknowledged my notice. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do to complete the process, and I was told that no additional steps were required. Ruty helped me and my daughter with our apartment she was very helpful and patient and getting us our apartment she was the best she is also bilingual which is a big help !
Great folks. Very friendly and helpful.
I've been here for a little over a year and it's my peace away from everything. The amenities are always accessible and the office staff are very understanding and helpful. I also love all the events and food trucks they coordinate. It's a nice place to live.
