I had a great experience with Hailey! She was always prompt, transparent, and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised—no surprises. It’s clear that they truly care about their tenants and go the extra mile to provide great service. Though I didn’t end up moving due to personal reasons, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
Living at Oasis at Wekiva was a deeply disappointing experience. We dealt with ongoing mold issues that were never properly addressed. Instead of fixing the root problem, management just covered up the mold, which is both unsafe and unacceptable. On top of that, there were multiple instances of management entering our unit without proper 24-hour notice. 3 separate instances in which one the security alarm went off. I've lived here for almost 8 years now. They previously had a lot of turnover with the staff but the last several of years they seem to have kept some really GREAT people. ANYTIME I've had to call the office, they have responded very quickly. Lauren is an awesome property manager! She tries very hard to help in anyway she can, and you couldn't ask for a better maintenance crew, either. The apartments are clean. They are a great size for the money. **WARNING***I thought my experience at this apartment was good. But I was wrong. Be aware of all the fake reviews . When you move out this apartment lies about the condition of the apartment to charge you and make sure your insurance pays them for BS claims of damage . Their car wash station don’t work and takes your money with no refund . Fire alarms in their buildings go off all the time at random hours.
