Very concerning experience with management at Oasis at Wekiva. A large package of mine was delivered to an apartment I had just moved out of that is currently vacant. When I went to the office for help, I was told there were no packages and was walked to the unit to check inside. During that conversation, Ruthy stated there were no cameras, even though there is clearly a camera facing the mail room and my front entrance. I want to share my experience to help future residents. Several weeks in advance—well over a month before my move-out date—I contacted the front office to inform them of my plans to vacate. During that call, the staff member acknowledged my notice. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do to complete the process, and I was told that no additional steps were required.
