I’ve lived here for many years like any other neighborhood. There’s some people that are not the best but for the most part it’s been pretty quiet. I’ve seen office staff come and go maintenance. Come and go The ones we have now are great! I have seen many apartment complexes charge more than this place and their staircase and always are disgusting. Our manager and maintenance (Wilson) Make sure our stairwells and walkways are washed down and painted every few months and we deeply appreciate that.
Wilson always does the best job keeping our breezeway freshly painted and clean. He’s always so friendly and helpful- love how he goes above and beyond! This place wouldn’t be the same without him.
I love this place
I’ve been living here for about four going on five months so far I’m pretty happy with my staying. I was lucky enough to be staying in the Model building so all my neighbors are nice and cleanly and quiet. I have no bugs in my apartment and lots of parking. I did have some issues on moving in in regards to being given the wrong unit among other things that were wrong with the apartment, but they did try and fix everything as fast as possible. Use to be a great place my grandson lives here. But recently people are outside with open liquor bottles drinking on the weekends. They don’t even pickup trash on days they’re suppose to. I even saw a guy walking around the complex with no shirt looks mentally unstable. Grass doesn’t even get proper upkeep for the price rent is here .
