I moved in around Feb 1 so I only was able to enjoy the amenities for a few weeks before the CV shut down public places but they were phenomenal. I quit LA Fitness as the gym is big snd state of the art . I can go early in the morning or late after work. 4 tvs in the gym. Entertainment room is awesome. Tvs , recliners, pool, pinball, darts etc. Everything is brand new. No traffic on the road because we are at the end of it. Top Golf is less than half a mile so I can walk there. Our rental history is impeccable. We are a active duty military family. This company put us through hell. First they requested rental history from places we never rented from. We received a phone call from a apartment complex that we actually showed interest in before this place, stating that Oasis requested “rental verification” from them. The company had the audacity to make us do their jobs. We were asked to get paperwork from an old apartment complex because our old apartment complex refused to give out our personal info... read more
Excellent build quality, love the picture view windows creates such a beautiful view looking out the windows. The office staff is very friendly and responsive to issues, maintenance is friendly and responsive as well. Amenities are amazing, private bridge connecting residents to the heart of the town center, truly an oasis!
“Like” this if you agree that Oasis should not be choosing services for you and forcing you to pay for them. Oasis has decided they are going to choose both the company and the services you have in terms of technology. They call this a “tech package” and you will buy it if you want to rent a room here. They decide that you are going to have TV, the speed of your internet, and that you need a phone app to unlock your front door and such. I recently toured The Oasis at Town Center. Kelly gave a great tour! The property is brand new and the amenities are great. The apartments themselves are also quite impressive. Did I mention TopGolf is next door? Look forward to moving in, in a couple months.
