I’m really thankful for my experience at Oasis at Surprise. The community is calm and well kept, and the manager has always been respectful and helpful when I’ve had questions or needed help with something. It’s been a nice and comfortable place for me and my daughter.
Absolutely amazing here. Everyone in the community is very friendly, they fix housing issues from plumbing to appliances like stoves etc for free, I personally love the interior of the homes (moved from one house to another one literally like 5-7 houses down to upgrade from the 3 bed to the 4 bed.) They have a community pool which is fun to go to as well. All around a great place to make your home.
I had a great experience with Oasis at Surprise House. The home is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The environment feels welcoming and peaceful, which makes a big difference when you’re looking for a place that truly feels like a home. I’ve lived here going on 2yrs and not once had an issue. I love it here!! Aimee office manager is amazing not only is she sweet but she’s awesome. Victor Maintenace is also on top of it when I had a Maintenace issue when I do from little fixing a door knob to changing filters all requests are done same day. Victor gets it done. So yes I recommend this community it’s quiet and can’t beat this location either.
I moved in here about 9 months ago. It was super easy and I honestly love the house. Maintenance is quick and they are very friendly. Aimee is the office manager and she is amazing. The community is quiet and safe. Price is great.
