I definitely recommend moving here! It’s a quiet neighborhood , nice sized houses and friendly staff!!! We haven’t seen any bugs!! We are very happy we have moved to oasis at surprise ! Very nice rental community
Initially, I had some doubt based on online reviews, but I am pleased that my family and I found Oasis at Surprise. The neighborhood has been a quiet, comfortable, and a welcoming place to live. I love it here at oasis. It's a quiet and comfortable place to live. Amie and Victor are amazing! Very attentive and always available.
Came in to get my first car insurance and was amazed at how easy and quick everything was. Lavinia was very helpful and friendly, she patiently explained all the ins and outs. Thank you!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! The office is never open when It says it’s going to be. There’s only one leasing agent and she’s supposed to be corporate and never there. Doesn’t respond to emails. Plays favorites with her tenants. Discriminates and plays games. Bug infested. She tries to blame you the bugs are there and call you nasty but little does she know tenants talk to each other and every unit has different bug issues from termites to roaches to spiders.
