Everything was fine, but I wish the appliances were in better condition, as were the bathrooms.
Quick to take your money but slow to return it. Despite obvious flaws of neglect and water damage, we still submitted our deposit and monthly rent on time for over a year. We have since fulfilled our legal obligation of providing more than the 30-day notice of intent to vacate and it's been almost 45 days and have not received our deposit back. JACOB is AMAZING! My fiance and I would not be at the oasis at Southpark if were not for him! He is so helpful and professional. So caring and helpful with whatever you need. I’ve lived at a lot of places, but no one has ever compared to Jacob!
