We lived here for almost three years. It’s not a bad apartment but far from Luxury like it says. When we first moved in, it was dirty. Like the floors with paint drippings and the walls had paint just slapped over from the previous people that lived there. The walls are so thin and you can literally hear your lights shake so loud when people above are just WALKING. Maintenance does poor quality of service. Love living here but it’s frustrating how all the machines in the gym minus one are broke. They seem to have been broken for a while.
I stayed at the Oasis at Pavilion Park from August 2024 to April 2026, and honestly this was one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the apartment was not properly cleaned before move-in. The showers were filthy, and even after I provided pictures to the front office, the response was basically just “sorry about that” with no real effort to make it right. Only reason it’s one star is because you can’t leave a zero. They don’t care about their tenants. Their “amenities” are always trashed, pool closed 50% of summer, gym equipment constantly broke, public bathroom dirty, their horseshoe and fake putting green is thrashed. Plus their trash service, that they tell you is on weekdays, only shows up sometimes, then they fine you if your trash it out too long even though they decided not to dump it.
