I had a great experience working with Alyssa and Brandon during my parents’ move-in process. Even though I handled everything over the phone, they made it feel simple and stress free from start to finish. They were both very genuine and you can tell they truly want to help, not just get things done. That made a big difference. I don’t personally live here, but I really appreciate doing business with people like them.
Brandon is the rock!!! —always reliable and positive bringing great energy to the community. I lived here for 2 years, and out of the 7 apartments I’ve lived in, this has been my best experience. The community is well-maintained, quiet (you don’t hear any noise from other apartments) and feels safe even though is an open gate community. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell there’s good management behind the scenes. Everything runs smoothly, which makes daily living stress-free.
Our family lived in this community for the last 3 years. We have had nothing but high praise for the maintenance crew, amenities, and staff. We always felt at home in the community. Been a blessing for our family.
This is a wonderful community to live in with fantastic amenities and I recommend it to anyone looking to move to Ocoee. All staff here: Chris, Brandon, Celine and Alyssa are amazing, friendly and always helpful. My special thanks to Maintenance team’s Fabian for keeping the hallways and elevators clean and litter free and to Larry who recently replaced my broken garbage disposal as well as fixing my heater which wasn’t working!
Amazing staff, always very helpful. Celine went up and beyond to make sure I got into this beautiful community. I was extremely impressed by her patience with my indecisiveness and her passion to help me. She exceeded my expectations. The staff is always the same when you go into the office.
