Ladies and Gentlemen. I would like to tell you, this is the most impeccable place to live. The staff is incredible. My hat goes off especially to Brandon, Chris, Alyssa, and Patrick. They help me tremendously. I am not computer savvy. Brandon and Alyssa took there time to assist me. That speaks volume. Come and see the beauty of this property. This place is so well maintained. They are always giving back to the people that live in this community. This can truly be your forever home.
It's amazing how good service can change your day! Today we had a terrible experience with the Álibi complex (don't go there) and decided to keep looking for a new apartment. They inspect your unit constantly. The costs are excessively high. They give you four plastic wristbands just to access the pool; we misplaced only one, and the fine was $100—for an item that costs mere pennies. There is a smell of marijuana, and people are frequently smoking behind the apartment buildings. When you move out, they overcharge you for everything, so you will end up losing your security deposit. A single-room unit with very little space costing nearly $2,000? I do not recommend it. You won't be happy here.
