Amazing application process!Beautiful community and amazing staff!!
trash apartment, lived here for almost a year, there’s never any parking and random inspections 5 times a month are very annoying. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE WALKING 20 minutes FROM YOUR CAR
Currently a resident, insane how many “inspections” and times they will enter your apartment without any kind of permission. Feels very odd when you live by yourself and get notifications every month that someone has entered your apartment for a “work order.” Not a fan of that at all
I toured the Oasis twice with Brandon and Liza and throughout the entire process they were AMAZING! To say they have great communication would be an understatement , Brandon responded to all my text promptly no matter how simple or even slightly stupid my question might’ve been. They walked me through each step with transparency and you can really tell they care. I didn’t choose this apartment due to personal reasons not related to the community but if I did, I know it would’ve been a 5 star experience living here. Hopefully... read more
