Wow! Hope that nobody has to call regarding a billing issue and insurance issue to this company.... The lady I spoke to on the phone was not the nicest person and when I was letting her know what the insurance had told me she didn't want to hear it or let me speak and would just shoot back her explanation. I told her I was just doing what my insurance company advised me to do and she didn't want to hear anything about that. My nurses were Teresa and Genie, they were so sweet and so comforting to me. It truly made my experience so wonderful. Any other nurse that I came in contact with were also very nice.
They communicate with you to any changes of check in time so you're on time. They do not let you know when they're behind. People in lobby complaining about the way they have to hurry up and wait. Not a good look ( nearing 1 hour waiting time) so far.
Called up and harassed asking if I am Alexander
All the staff members were amazing! Phenomenal job explaining the procedure to me.
