Never again all the staff was really nice but to say bluntly that you need a body builder to move my husband so I can’t do the back injection is the rudeness thing I have ever heard from a Dr. my husband is handicap In A wheelchair the Dr knew this before we came 1 hour to the place to get on the table and be turned away. Worse Dr ever!! He did not grow or gain any weight in the 2 weeks before the appointment. If there were no stars that’s what they would get!!! Don’t go here if your handicap or over 6ft 7.
7/22/25 I can’t say enough good things about Oak Glen Surgery Center. I was genuinely scared going in, but from the moment I arrived, the entire team was so warm, gentle, and caring. They treated me with such kindness and patience, and really helped calm my nerves during a very emotional time. The anesthesiologist was especially wonderful—so informative and reassuring. Wow! Hope that nobody has to call regarding a billing issue and insurance issue to this company.... The lady I spoke to on the phone was not the nicest person and when I was letting her know what the insurance had told me she didn't want to hear it or let me speak and would just shoot back her explanation. I told her I was just doing what my insurance company advised me to do and she didn't want to hear anything about that. My nurses were Teresa and Genie, they were so sweet and so comforting to me. It truly made my experience so wonderful. Any other nurse that I came in contact with were also very nice.
They communicate with you to any changes of check in time so you're on time. They do not let you know when they're behind. People in lobby complaining about the way they have to hurry up and wait. Not a good look ( nearing 1 hour waiting time) so far.
