My father-in-law was in this facility. He was transported by ambulance to the hospital with double pneumonia. No family members were notified even though they had three contacts. We did not find out he was in the hospital until 3 days later when a family member went to visit and he was not in his room. The family member asked where he was and the person that she spoke to said they didn't know that they were just the weekend crew and didn't know anything about it. I'm sharing hoping this will help the next family that's trying to get their family member rehab without, negligence😐. Being that I had already read reviews, some were concerning but some were ok. I had put this facility last choice on the list however, Oshner Rush Hospital the case manager there Sheila insisted on getting my Dad in this place due to her own personal reasons. My dad had just gotten a feeding tube in his stomach a day or two before being transferred to the Oaks. He wasn't there a week, and he was transferred... read more

I highly recommend The Oaks Healthcare and Rehab! The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained.
