We have lived at Oaks on Pleasant for 6 years. We love living here. Our apartment is spacious and we enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna. The party room is lovely and we have entertained groups of twenty easily there. The grounds are like living in a beautiful park and very well maintained . The manager is wonderful and really goes out of her way to make sure the building is run well and is very responsive to any concern. The maintaince people are super. I was very lucky to have found this beautiful apartment in the heart of Richfield. I lived here for two years and only moved due to a change in my life. I most likely would have been a long-term tenant. The management and staff were easy to work with and had an excellent response rate to issues. The maintenance staff were very efficient and friendly. My mom lived at The Oaks On Pleasant for three years and enjoyed her apartment—until it came time to move. Her experience with management during this transition was incredibly disappointing and left a bad final impression. She requested to move to a one-bedroom unit at the end of her lease due to no longer working from home and didn’t need the extra space. Crap apartment for luxury rates- greedy landlord- unpleasant property manager. I see homeless, drug addicts and cop cars constantly at the hub across the street. High crime area They charge luxury rates yet I can physically feel the wind blowing on cold days- so not only am I getting a not renovated apartment- I’m having to spend more on heat. The places nearby cost just as much but your heat bill will be lower- don’t waste your time here There is absolutely no privacy the neighbors hear EVERYTHING And you hear them!! SNORE ... read more
