We have lived here for the past two years. The units are decent and needed personal touches when we moved in. The experience was difficult at first, but the new leasing manager has made things much easier by helping solve any problems. The neighbors are friendly, and the location is excellent. So far, we are happy with our experience at Oaks on Bonhomme. We have no complaints at this time. I recommend Oaks on Bonhomme because it offers great space at a good price.
I recently moved in and had a great experience already! Stephen and Kennedy helped me out a lot by answering all my questions and concerns, helping in a timely manner, and made it a breeze to move in! Even maintenance was fast and staff have been friendly and welcoming.
Stephen and Kennedy have been so helpful with the move in process. The apartments are spacious and well maintained! Happy to be starting my new chapter here!
Loved living here. This place was great for a college student.
I love living here! My partner and I are about to resign our lease. It’s in a perfect place with plenty of shops and food vendors nearby, the management is responsive and works overtime if the community needs it! Great place to be!
