Not enough parking space even for residents , people from around also use the same parking i guess so its full every-time , At least they would have provided parking stickers allowing atleast one car per apartment to park.
Space in the units are good. My dislikes are my unit was not updated at all, the bathtub and sinks were spay painted and I figured that out when I was cleaning up and it started peeling and one of the sinks rusted so water leaked on my personal belongings. The refrigerator is old looks like it could have been in there since 95’ the kitchen cabinets are spay painted also and the countertop is leaning. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst property management company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Maintenance requests vanish into a black hole, and when someone finally shows up, it's usually days or weeks later with no real fix. Just a shrug and a “we’ll be back.” Spoiler: they never come back. The communication is abysmal. Emails go unanswered, calls unreturned, and using the resident portal feels like yelling into the void. Seriously look elsewhere. Managers last a few months, maybe. Maintenance is hit or miss unless you use the portal, then it is never. Expect fast food wrappers near your door often. Rent went up 15% 2023-24 and then another 20% for 2024-25. I am not planning on finding out what joke the next renewal will contain.
