Loved living here. This place was great for a college student.
I love living here! My partner and I are about to resign our lease. It’s in a perfect place with plenty of shops and food vendors nearby, the management is responsive and works overtime if the community needs it! Great place to be!
The apartment itself is very spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable to live in. The layout and overall living experience are good, which is why I am giving credit where it is due. However, my experience with the manager, Steven, has been very disappointing. Whenever residents approach him with questions or concerns, he is often rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in the way he communicates. Stephen was great making the process smooth and fast. He was quick to respond to all my questions and got me moved in to a unit within 72 hours.
I believe out of all of our years of living here, this has been the best. If there is an issue, Stephen, the landlord does exceptionally well with fixing any problem that may arise. You need a landlord that cares and is quick to getting things done in a timely manner? come here! You wont be disappointed
