I’ve been living at Oak on Bohomme for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. My two-bedroom apartment is spacious, with the added bonus of having two bathrooms—perfect for added privacy. The location is ideal, with everything I need just a short distance away. The best part? The staff and maintenance team are incredible. They’re always friendly, quick to respond, and truly know what they’re doing when it comes to fixing things. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t handled right away. I was in the area and simply wanted to stop at the leasing office to speak to a person during business hours. They never seem to answer their calls. When I arrive at the leasing office I couldn't believe what I saw. Reserved handicapped parking, and a stairway with 12 steps to enter the building. What sense does this make. Accessibility these days should not be a problem. I do believe they need to be reported! I am disabled and there was no way I felt like I or anyone disabled could be accepted or appreciated.

Victoria the leasing manager at The Oaks on Bonhomme is extremely nice, and knowledgeable. It was a great pleasure working with her during my application process and getting into my apartment.
