DO NOT MOVE IN – I was new to the area, but Inwood Park seemed to be a decent place to live. After a couple months of living there, I heard 5 gunshots. After a whole night of police running around with bullet-proof vests, the SWAT team sitting behind trees and being confined to my apartment, i found out that an ex war veteran shot a woman police officer three times in the chest. DON'T DO IT – Staff are incompetent & rude. Nothing works & they are slow to respond & don't care once you've signed the lease. Thin walls - can hear neighbors. Planes/traffic noise is loud. For the price they want - go somewhere else. What you would pay in rent here is not worth it at all...
Please read before you make the same mistake! – I completely agree with the previous comments about this place...Even though what I have to say is pretty much the same , I'm going to still go ahead and write this.Hopefully you read this before signing the lease, if you go ahead and sign it anyway after reading this review then YOU ARE NOT ALL THERE?! 1-They charge you $25 for the gate pass. worst place ever – Be careful about this place, it's not what it seems
Nice place to live – I don't get it... do you all have supersonic hearing? Are you really sensitive to loud noises? Were you traumatized by the rumbling of trains at a young age? Seriously, unless you live in the very front of the complex or possibly on the side where the train tracks run, you can't hear a thing. I've been living at Inwood for over a year and I've never heard the train from my apartment. And as for the planes... really guys? Really? So you hear two seconds of a plane overhead... really? If you wish to live in the g-hettomove here! – Don't sign a lease. This place is a total dump! I totally forgot about the gate never working... yet they charge you $25 for a card. They will present you with this wonderful picture perfect place, and then once you sign the lease... you're taken to the realy Inwood Park Apt.
WORST PLACE EVA – OK HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE ABOUT THE APT. THIS IS NOT A GOOD APT THE AIR DONT EVEN WORK AND IT GETS REALLY HOT ON THE TOP FLOOR.THEN WHEN U ASK THEM TO FIX IT IT WILL TAKE WEEKS AND THE GATES DONT EVEN WORK AND THERE ARE ALOT OF GANGS AND WHEN U ARE SLEEPING THE TRAIN WILL WAKE YOU UP.ALSO THERE IS INCETS EVERY WHERE DURING THE SUMMER
