I've been here for 3 years and it's a really good place to live. Tiffany and Cynthia are very kind and helpful and the maintenance team is great. I recently had an issue with my water heater that caused my apartment to flood late at night which was SUPER stressful at the time, but Cynthia called me right back after I left a voicemail on the emergency maintenance line (she was so sweet and caring when I was losing my mind!) and Pedro arrived at my apartment in an hour which compared to other off-site maintenance I've experien... read more
Good staff back in leasing
Cabinets and showers are old and cracking. Cabinets release pieces of wood leaving a mess on my counters and floors. The hot water does not exist here for more than 10 seconds. I currently have zero hot water and to top it off the front office lady (African American light skin probably in 40s) is very rude and disrespectful. Zero stars I recommend to find something better.
The staff is always helpful, beautiful area, and super close to campus! Edit: I still think this a really good apartment complex, especially compared to others in denton. Just consider these things if you're looking here! Recently they painted the outside of the buildings, and changed a lot of the aesthetics to white, grey, and blue. I understand they want to modernize, but don't let the white and grey paint convince you that these apartments weren't built in the 70s.
