My mother Carol Shepherd has been a resident there for 5 years.We visit her twice a week and we are always called by our names.We appreciate all that the staff does to care for my mother great team work.
My grandparents have happliy lived at the Oaks of Clearwater for many years, It's the place to be. A true recipe to senior living from a loving family wanting the VERY best for their mother, father, grandfather or grandmother. Peace!
Worst place and memory care we could have ever placed my grandmother with Dementia. Constant staff change, not enough staff available on duty. Family and friends have visited and she is always soiled and no one there to find to change. Family members have had to change her. Poor communication with us on missing items. Facility reeks of urine. Absolute shame to charge so much a month and not care for basic needs.
