Administration doesn't get back in contact with you regarding the care for your loved one. The care from the staff given to the residents during quarantine is sub par. Communication between Alvin and fran Davis seems very minimal and contradictory. If your looking for a place to send your love ones I would not recommend this place at all. If you have loved ones who need extra care and help I would recommend looking somewhere else. My mother in law passed away and we are not being allowed into clean out her apartment. We have scheduled appointments with them. When we showed up we were turned away. We have 3 days, 2 hours of each of the 3 days with only allowing 2 people in to pack and move it out. She lived in the assisted living part so she has a furnished apartment. This is the second time of turning us away. The funeral is Saturday and now they tell us the 3 days we can come is Wed, Thurs, and Fri. Between the hours of 7pm to 7am. The Oaks took great care of my Dad! We had a lot of fun going on the different outings and attending the parties in the Lobby. We would definitely recommend this community to someone looking to place their Mom or Dad!
I'm so happy we chose The Oaks for Mom & Dad.. They're in the Independent Living and are so happy that they can stay together forever!

We are so blessed that we found The Oaks of Clearwater for my Mom's new home. My mother is enjoying the dining, exercise, new friends and much, much more. It is a wonderful community setting with an excellent view. The Oaks is fresh and modern and the staff is reliable and professional. I recommend The Oaks to all those seeking a wonderful retirement.
