Oaks of Almaden is an awful place for one to live! Absolutely absurd that the rent is constantly increasing but you are getting a decrease of service. Maintenance is never helpful, especially when it's a senior citizen apartment complex. They should be aware that some people cannot change their own lights bulbs or fix the toilet. Maintenance doesn't accommodate at all!!! Management is never there when needed! You never know when the manager will be there, clearly makes their own hours. I have been calling this place for over 3 years, trying to get on the interest list. And there is never anything open. So I went over there only to get the same results! My question is why do you advertise it if there is never availability? When I last checked into it, it was in my price range and I liked what I saw when I was there! Very frustrated.......
