It’s been one month my brother rented an apartment there he didn’t have warm water in the shower and also they didn’t provide him a parking. It’s hard to find parking on the street because people are working. Some people is not fair. Have two parking and some other people didn’t have even one parking that is not fair. I want from the management to fix that matter.
It was great having an elevator being on the second floor so it help very much.

Oaks of Almaden is an awful place for one to live! Absolutely absurd that the rent is constantly increasing but you are getting a decrease of service. Maintenance is never helpful, especially when it's a senior citizen apartment complex. They should be aware that some people cannot change their own lights bulbs or fix the toilet. Maintenance doesn't accommodate at all!!! Management is never there when needed! You never know when the manager will be there, clearly makes their own hours.
