No show to virtual appts, no return of phone calls, then invoiced for appts they did not show up for 5 months after and business now closed. Found personal number of counselor and called who referred me to owner who replied to email but phone listed is the same and wireless caller not available. Going to report to anyone and everyone the lack of professionalism and disrespect for patients.
This counseling center is the best by far in the East TN area!! I saw Jessica & she helped my family & myself beyond what I could ever imagine. I felt welcome, understood (& all of my family felt validated - I’ve never felt such peace by being in this place, supported & it was so evident she wanted God’s very best at any cost. My wife and I met with Meg and she has been a great help to us. It has only been a couple weeks but our communication has significantly improved And we understand each other better.
Cannot give a "Zero". I would not recommend this counseling facility to anyone. Jessica lied to my teenager, resulting in further behavioral issues. She lied to my husband and myself about available treatment options. The business claims to be Christian and hold Christian values, but it is not demonstrated at all. Avoid this therapist at all costs.
