UPDATED 4/12/19 Management has changed hands to provident asset management and the problems are just as bad, if not worse. Ive had work order out for 5 or six weeks now... they dont answer the emergency line now either. If you want to pay $1150 A month to listen to some hoodrats music while you try to sleep, this is the place for you. I have receipts, lots of video proof of how loud and belligerent neighbors are! 4/8/2020 Still awful.
For a place with a licensing office across town. Maintenance is horrible I've called over 2 months ago to get things fixed in my apartment that still hasn't been fixed....YET!!!!! Everytime I call they say that "someone will be out in a week" then 2 weeks pass and I dont see not a maintenance in sight fixing mine or nan one of these apartments. They made sure they got this grass and these bushes cut though and they put down some more wood chips.... But cant fix none in these apartments.
