Recently pool was closed because someone broke the cheap $30 life bouy. I wanted to use pool this holiday weekend went and spent $150 because office said if life bouy is at pool it will reopen and the 1 they bought has not arrived. Not 30 mins after it being reopened a family with kids allowed their kids to play with it then 1 hr later another. Camilla is amazing I rented and renewed because of her. Apartments arent bad, but she .makes it worth it.makes everyone feel appreciated, concerns valued and heard. If you want to rent from apartment where you feel at home see her promise after few minutes u will see what mean. Absolutely amazing Camilla keep up great work

If I could give a 0 star review I would! All the 5 star reviews FAKE. The apartments are falling all the way apart , a good rain storm comes and your ceiling is falling through 😂 bugs , not just roaches, but centipedes will invade your home …. The mold is so bad …. And they won’t do anything about it when it’s brought to their attention, they just paint over it , because paint fixes everything right ?! WRONG! It doesn’t. I am overly Blessed to move in to The Village At San Jose Apartments. I took me a year to finally find a place to live. I spoke with Camilla and she went to “THE STARS ⭐️ ” for me. I am forever thankful for her outstanding kindness, helpfulness and going overly above for me as an applicant and future resident.
